The staff were incredibly friendly and checked in on me every day via WhatsApp, making me feel valued. Plus, upon my late arrival, they ensured I had access to my room at 2 AM! That kind of service is not something you forget.

It wasn’t really inexpensive, but considering the experience, it was still acceptable.

The sunsets from our spacious villa were breathtaking, and the teenagers loved hanging out by the pool. We ordered room service one night, and the fish and chips hit the spot! The casual atmosphere made it a fun family escape.

Everything about our stay at the Borneo Beach Villa was quite lovely. The villa had breathtaking ocean views. From our balcony, sunsets filled the sky with stunning colors. We enjoyed the spacious setup with a comfortable living area. Rooms were clean and furnished adequately. The private pool added fun for the kids, and they couldn't get enough of it. some maintenance issues did catch our attention. The bathroom water drainage needed some fixing, as it didn't flow well. we encountered a couple of broken chairs outside our villa, which should have been checked more regularly. Another note is the absence of Wi-Fi in the villas. it’s only available in the reception area. Since the nearest shop is quite a distance away, it’s essential to stock up on supplies before arriving. Despite these few drawbacks, the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We would definitely return if given the chance!

We had a blast at these villas! The beach was stunning, and we loved hanging out by the pool. The dining area had a cool picnic vibe where we enjoyed our meals. Only bummer was the outdoor chairs were kinda worn out, but it didn't ruin our time. Don't forget to stock up on snacks though. the mart is a trek away!

Just a nice choice for a weekend respite in Kota Kinabalu with great value for the money. Tried the butter chicken, which was delicious and worth every bite. Bring your own food as nearby shopping is limited.
